I have been seen by Dr Tartaglia for about 2 years. I find him to be comprehensive and thoughtful. He also treated my mother and extended family and I feel they received exception care from him.
Dr. Tartaglia monitored my mother’s mitral valve regurgitation issue for several years starting when she was in her late eighties. He originally thought she might live 2 years and advised that we bring her to Columbia Heart Valve Center in NYC. They advised that she was in generally good health and could live with this for many years. They did explain that she should be monitored bi-annually in case surgery was necessary.
