He is very busy because he is good. He has a secretary who responded to all my questions whenever I called. I would recommend him because he is very methodical. I continue to use him because he does his job well and has a great support team helping him. Normally I would hesitate recommending an ATTORNEY. :) but Joe Skemp Jr. is worth talking to if you want a professional.
Very bad at returning phone calls and responding to emails. Also doesn't follow through with commitments. I would not suggest this attorney.
