The reason for the one star is the employees that work for the office are liars. I made an appointment last year only to be able to see Dr.Genovese in February 2025. Mind you I have not see him in 6 years. I called 24 hours before my appointment to cancel not even knowing that you have to have 48 hr cancellation notice. When I called to cancel the receptionist only asked me what was the reason for my cancellation. 2 days go by and I get a text message saying I owe 50.00 for late cancellation. My mother was scheduled to have a colonoscopy with Dr. Genovese. Well, she starved herself for 2 days, took 24 pills to get ready for the procedure and we just showed up and we were told that the appointment has been cancelled over a month ago by the doctor …. and they FORGOT TO INFORM US!!!! So I would really look elsewhere for a more reliable and professional service.
I've been a patient of Dr. Genovese for over 15 years. He's the best.
