I had him as my ad litem as a teenager years ago. He was verbally abusive and flat out told me he did not care what my wishes about the case were.
I hired Mr. Indelicato to help settle my divorce case. He is best friends with Steve Bruman, my wife's attorney. Upon signing his agreement, it read that $5000 would be a charge out of the retainer. I sent $25,000. After about two months, nothing was really getting done. So my bill was like $12,000 in legal fees. When I got my balance of the retainer, Mr. Indelicato took $5000 out for himself. Do NOT use this mediator if you have an abuse case. No empathy. Unacceptable behavior.
This man showed such compassion with our case which was complex and emotional. He was extremely organized and professional in all dealings and his first priority was the child at hand.
