From the first visit to the last. Dr Hsieh and his staff were wonderful. I was scared to have a fusion. I had always heard such bad things about back surgery but I experienced such great results! No longer in pain and the strength that I didn’t realize I had lost is back
He did mri first on areas of concern before I saw him. He explained what was causing pain ( cyst). Told me my options, which first one wasn’t surgery. He didn’t rush me, explained easily with diagram my problem. He has an Excellent reputation for surgery. After surgery, I’ll give him the 5th star. successful surgery
Well I tried to make an appt. Informed the lady (Jaquetta) who answered my call that a referral would have been sent from my pcp (several months ago) however, I'm just getting around to trying to schedule. She was so rude, kept getting my dob, spelling of name wrong (almost as if it was intentional) I speak clear English and enunciated very clearly. Her tone was off-putting and callous that I just said nevermind, I'd find a different neurosurgeon.
The person that answered the phone is NOT well trained. She asked for all my information including my SSN before she told me that they could not see me without a prognosis. That should have been first. I mentioned this to her and she was very dismissive of my concern about her taking my personal information. I am at Kelsey Seabold right now and inform me that the lady should have never demanded my SSN if she had my insurance info which I provided.
