Doesn’t have the right address. My mom and I were stranded at an allstate building and ended up missing an appointment due to that!!!!!!!!! Please change the address!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First I have to say I loveDr Hollis and the Nurses are great, very helpful and friendly. I cannot say that about the receptionists. It is extremely hard to get an appointment because they don't answer the phone. Why because their # out of service? fax disconnected? # busy on multiple occasions when trying to schedule, reception answers and places you on hold for over 20 min. When I finally got thru they wanted my ins to fax the referral before they would allow me to make an appointment. My ins has faxed my documents to them ... read more

I could never make appt with provider to get my subsequent exams completed. What a run around. Several issues including their # out of service, fax disconnected, # busy on multiple occasions when trying to schedule, reception answers and places you on hold for 20 min. When I finally got thru they wanted a special form from PCP before they would schedule appt. I am absolutely livid. With such trouble even getting an appt, it scares me to think I would put my life and health in his office hands. If making an appt is this hard,... read more
