I called this doctor a month ago cause we’re planning to move back to Medford and I could get an appointment that same week. We live in a town called Wilmington, North Carolina. It is absolutely horrible. One hospital takes months to get an appointment. You have to have a referral for everything so please nobody come down to this town. This is a good doctor like I used to have. Why is Dr. Hickey leaving his practice?

Dr. Hickey is absolutely fantastic! All of the doctors at his office are. Highly recommend!
We've been going there for years and love the doctors and staff! However, we do not like the new answering system when you call for any services. Always getting some foreigner on the phone that we can't understand! Please go back to the old system where we can actually talk to someone in the office directly!
