Very personable. Listened to all my concerns. Made sure to answer all my questions and was very thorough. Would definitely recommend!
Joe can be very rude and doesn't listen to me and understand when someone has serious chronic pain. I had a pain level at 8 - 9 for 6 and 1/2 years and refused to do anything about it. refused to help out one time my pain medication ran out on a Saturday morning, the pharmacy is closed Saturday and Sunday so I asked if I can get refilled on a Friday and he also knew I had an appointment in Rochester Monday morning at 8:00 a.m. and he refused
