Outstanding! Can't speak highly enough about how dedicated and efficient Joe is. He really, truly cares!! Joe is not a one size fits all kind of provider. He will help you in what ever way he can. Joe can be very rude and doesn't listen to me and understand when someone has serious chronic pain. I had a pain level at 8 - 9 for 6 and 1/2 years and refused to do anything about it. refused to help out one time my pain medication ran out on a Saturday morning, the pharmacy is closed Saturday and Sunday so I asked if I can get refilled on a Friday and he also knew I had an appointment in Rochester Monday morning at 8:00 a.m. and he refused
