I took my 8 years old for his nose complication after Covid .Front desk staff to Dr’s assistant were highly professional and friendly.Then Dr Haddad came in the office and we were so happy to see such a friendly and professional Dr. Highly recommend ENT and allergy associates and Dr Haddad.
Dr haddad is a god send for children esp for my twin sons. He gave us hope We Will always pray for his good health. As a mom, I was cured and worried to death because my child was very, very ill and we wasn’t sure what was happening to my Baby. Dr. Haddad and his team are outstanding! He is knowledgeable, warm and so great with young kids. Nurse Natalie at the surgical center couldn’t have been more amazing! She was playing hide and go seek and coloring with my twins until they went in for surgery. She really put them at ease and made the process as best as it could be. When we left the surgical center the first thing they asked for is if we can invite nurse Natalie for a play date. Best experience!
Dr. Haddad and his staff are talented, knowledgeable and compassionate professionals. My daughter’s surgery went off without a hitch and she was cared for so well. I recommend the Upper West Side ENT staff and office highly.
