Wow- I have never had an ER doctor treat me with such kindness, empathy, and patience before. Dr. Haake saw me at Herrin ER and went above and beyond for my care. I was very upset and in a lot of pain. Dr. Haake and team eased my worries and treated the source of my pain. He also provided some great education and was so compassionate (and quick!)10/10
