Dr. Vercellone is a FANTASTIC MD. HE IS SMART (BRILLIANT) AND GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR. VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE FRONT STAFF ARE EXCEPTIONAL AND IT TAKES THEM ALL TO MANAGE AN EXCEPTIONAL OFFICE. SOOO TO HAVE BOTH IS RAR. THIS IS WHY IAM VERY GRATEFUL FOR THEM ALL.
First time seeing dr vercellone and it was a pleasant one. I saw Dr V July 19th for a physical/lab work. He was a fanstastic doctor and I can tell took his patients very seriously. I didn’t feel like I was in a rush. He took his time with me and so did the awesome resident Dr Sigh? (I think I misspelled that) both gentleman were fantastic and very knowledgeable. I met Dr. Vercellone a little over a year ago after a drug addiction and this man has made me feel the most comfortable than any doctor ever has. He doesn’t make me feel like a drug addict and takes me seriously, I truly have never met a better physician and although the circumstances were wild; I’m happy i was there and got to meet him. I recently had a bad kidney infection/stones and Dr. Joe went out of his way to order me a pizza because he is that connected with his patients, especially me. I have setup my appointment online as a physical exam and i was treated as my physical exam but my bill was not reflect as a physical exam. At first they have sent me the bill of $ 100+ and then i spoke with my insurance they send me the revise bill of $28+ for no reason. After i inquire further they told me that even though you made the appointment as physical but we did not treat you for that . i have so many issues on that bill and it is still not solved. Very poor medical practice....Not recommended
