We made an appointment for noon. My husband arrived at 11:55. He checked in and sat down. Two people arrived after him were offered drinks, and were immediately attended to. He was never offered a drink and was never told what the delay was. Eventually at 12:15 he left. Shortly there after he received a phone call asking why he had left and he explained that he had been waiting for 15 minutes and no one had attended to him. If I could, I would go there once a month! Next time I will also get a drink! Very nice place! One friend recommended it to me and he was right about the place!!
