JJ Gregory was very professional and accommodating. He kept us updated throughout the process. It was smooth sailing all the way through closing! I would use this company again in the future.
Unfortunately didn’t have a great experience with JJ. Wasn’t on top of our loan file, waited until the last minute to collect conditions, then went on “vacation” at the finish line. We had to extend because of it and ended costing us $1000 extra. Wasn’t willing to offer a lender credit to make up for it.
Joseph Gregory helped me in the process to get a loan approve to buy our second home ; 4 months ago l was not qualified to purchase the house l bought, after guiding me on what I needed to do get there , from then until signing today , he was there all along !
