Prior to intake Brian was aware who employer was. At intake phyllis asked and was told who employer was, she checked and said that there was no association with employer and to submit all documentation and everything we had for the case. We did. Short while late we get email back from her; "unfortunately, the firm has a conflict". Based on that can only guess they were afraid to take on this particular employer.
