Best doctor in Grove he don't just help with your medicine..he helps with emotional support and careing for his people and I seen a lot of doctors and they show no interest in anything but money
You never get callbacks, they never answer the phones, and the care is nothing like it was 4 yrs ago. We are changing doctors since they don't like to do referrals to other doctors especially if it is needed for a child. They don't get in a hurry in getting to the root of the cause.
Dr. Joe is one of the best, IF YOU CAN GET SOMEONE TO ANSWER AND CALL BACK. Made an appointment almost a month ago, and been calling almost a week now to confirm it. I’ve left messages with my phone number, only to finally get ahold of someone to find out I have no appointment. He is one of the most recommended by counselors and therapists in the area for depression medication assessments. Outstanding visit at Grand lake healthcare!!! Joe took the time to go over all my questions and concerns. I liked the fact I wasn't rushed in and out of the office so they could get to the next patient. If at any time I have a question, I know I can call the office and my call will be returned before the end of the day. I'm so glad I have this office for my family and myself.
