Joseph Gann did an incredible job creating our perfect engagement ring. Of all the jewelers in Boston, I felt most comfortable working with them. They were knowledgeable, kind, trustworthy, and not overly pushy with their salesmanship. I would recommend them to anyone, and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. I specifically worked with Matt Gann, he was excellent!

I came in looking for a new stainless steel bracelet for my Mühle Glashütte, and the price was better than anything I found online. When the bracelet didn’t initially fit the watch, Josh went the extra mile to source additional parts and made it work—at no extra charge. Incredibly professional and outstanding service. You won’t find better jewelry store in Boston!
