Dr Watson and Maggie are the best! I've referred so many people here who have also had wonderful experiences. I've never had any issue with my insurance being billed or the administrative staff like the other reviews. Everyone is very sweet and efficient. Only great things to say about Dr Watson and Maggie!
Dr. Watson was not able to do any of the work successfully according to the plan he had presented to undertake dental implants. I suffered inconvenience, pains, and waste of time. He returned less than half of the amounts paid to him in $thousands. He should not have represented that he was qualified to do implants. None of his bone grafts were even successful.
My family had been going to Dr. Watson for over a decade and was very pleased. He recently joined Smiles in the Gardens and our experience went downhill quickly. I am very disappointed in the staff's handling of our insurance billing and their lack of communication. They told me they took my insurance, then at the END of the visit told me they require up front payment ($456 for 2 kid's cleanings) but they would be happy to send my claim to the insurance for me so I can get a refund. :(
Doesnt listen about my pain,expects aspirin to satisfy any pain after surgery root canal. Argues that I am wrong about my experience.Injections painful when little Ambosol on gum is all that's needed but that's not possible.No concept of listening.
Horrible horrible administrative staff! I had to fight with his office for many months to convince them to file a proper insurance claim to allow me to be reimbursed for very expensive extraction and implant work. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST IF YOU EVER WANT TO GET REIMBURSED BY YOUR INSURANCE!
I would not even consider another dentist after having Dr. Watson. I have always been afraid of the dentist. He put me at ease and is very careful and caring.
