Best customer service I've experienced in quite some time. Now a days when calling to place orders from anywhere it seems to always be an automated system or robot to navigate. However, when I called Pollard Water I was pleasantly surprised a live agent answered my call & I was absolutely blown away by how helpful she was to help me find the right product i needed and place my order. Absolutely great company to do business with. I will forever be grateful for them expeditiously sending the necessary tools/equipment prevent my house from flooding further. I will most definitely be doing business here again!

This company was very friendly I wanted some tools on a busy holiday weekend! My order was having trouble because I live in hawaii! They got ahold of me and had a great price for the tools i wanted. The shipping was very fast I really appreciate companies like this

We did not know the exact tools that we needed in order to do the job we needed to do. These guys made it extremely easy to get everything needed to start doing hot taps without overselling. They offered base end models to help get feet wet, but we chose a mid range kit that could be added onto for years of service. We really appreciate them helping us add another service to our arsenal.
