I was able to make an urgent appointment and was able to be seen the next morning by Dr. Franceschina who is not my primary care physician. His nurse and Dr. Franceschina both took great care with me. We didn't know what was going on and he went with the most reasonable path. I would happily see him again, hopefully next time without being so sick.

They don’t answer the phone or call patients back.Try calling and get ready to listen to music for 30-45 minutes only to have a call center pickup and take a message during normal business hours - and never get a call back. If you walk in you will find two or three receptionists just sitting there not doing much. Why can’t they pickup the phone?? They are rude and kick you out if you dare walk in without an appointment since it’s impossible to get through by phone. Do yourself a huge favor and find a different practice. This... read more

Since NuVance took over Danbury Hospital and outside medical practices the professional help has gone down dramatically. This office is terrible they don’t answer the phones, you have to wait along time for someone to pick up. Sometimes they end up hanging up on you. This office used be great with awesome staff and great Doctors, I don’t recommend.
