First time meeting Dr Fleck it was a great meeting with him who asked me alot of questions and went over my XRays with me and explained in detail the issues I was experiencing he listens well and speaks very well He gave me options in deciding which procedures to choose from It’s always great to meet a physician who listens to the patient and makes a Professional decision on your behalf Thank You Dr Fleck Bruce C
I was very pleased with the short wait time and with Dr Fleck. The wait time was short which is a plus! Dr. Fleck was great! He knew what was wrong immediately and explained it to me. He gave his suggestion of what I should do, and I agreed with him. Looking forward to getting my surgery over with and being able to do my daily walking again! Thank you Dr. Fleck, and looking forward to getting my surgery done!
I saw Dr Fleck for a foot injury. Other than needing a boot for a small break it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone there was very nice and efficient. Fast forward to trying to get anyone on the phone, unless it's to make an appointment, and you are very much out of luck. The staff itself as a whole is great, when you're there but getting anyone on the phone.... Good luck. I give zero starts for that.
Initial meeting was great. Dr. Fleck was quick, professional and to the point. There are follow-up appointments and a surgical procedure, however initial visit was excellent. His clerical staff associate was very personable and just as engaging.
