Didn't review the paperwork thoroughly as when I looked it over to sign, I had noticed that my birthday was incorrect, blamed the sellers lawyer. Then, once it was the closing date, couldn't get the keys to the house since the cheque went through as uncertified, all I got was a sorry and that it was the bank tellers fault, blaming them. Was very shocked and disappointed in this experience
He's a lawyer and should know the law the best. Yet he let my father in laws sister come into his office and get him to sign P. O. A over to her. My father in law has Dementia which means he cannot sign ANY legal documents!!!!!! I've repeatedly been trying to get a hold of Mr Fera to have this issue resolved and he won't get on the phone and talk to myself or my husband!!!! He's going to find himself getting sued. However I feel that won't surprise him if he practices law this way!! 5 big thumbs down!!!
They deposited our cheque on our closing date as uncertified and we couldn't close on the deal. No compensation was offered and blamed the bank teller. I wouldn't recommended this lawyer to anyone.
I hired Mr. Fera on the recommendation for another lawyer in a different field. Mr. Fera not only called me from his cell phone on vacation to help me out but got me in right away to help with my matter. Despite the court process itself being lengthy, Mr. Fera kept me updated along the way and in the end great results. Thank you Mr Fera and team!
