Dr. Zastrow has been my Dr for many year's. He's never let me down & is very professional.
Great place, great Dr. Been seeing Dr Zastrow for several years. Always more than satisfied with his care. "However" unless you want to lose your very last nerve, do not try to call this place ! It is unacceptable that the receptionist have no time to answer the phones ! It's not Dr. Zastrow's fault, I think it is a higher up problem (Coporate). Whatever the case, it is totally unacceptable that you can't talk to someone on the phone at a Dr's office !
Make sure you look over the medical notes in your patient chart to see if everything is correct. I've encountered inaccuracies in medical records of visits and questionable suggestions for using OTC drugs from the doctor to help alleviate problems that there was no proof that was the real issue to even use an OTC product. I wouldn't recommend this place.
Way to go on turning new patience away saying we won't be seen until September... would not recommend this office to anyone.
