Doctor Staffetti is a polite and informative doctor during the consultation. In fact, I previously had a procedure and recently attempted to have the same procedure. After scheduling this late November procedure, I ran into some concerning office notification issues which prompted me to cancel (additionally, I ran into notification issues prior to scheduling as well). waiting 2 hours to see the gastroenterologist is unacceptable. This doctor office does NOT have public restrooms. The doctor was nice.
