DR STAFETTI’s Staff at Trinity office were wonderful !! Sheree in Trinity office (hope I’m spelling that right ) was sooooo patient with me scheduling my EGD and Colonoscopy with my crazy schedule .. Refreshing to come to an office like this . Marianne PA was wonderful and listened to me and answered all of my questions ..
The office staff is very unprofessional. I vomited blood and was referred to this GI to get an endoscopy. Not that this isn’t already something scary for me or out of the norm… but when I call this is how the conversation went: Receptionist (I’m assuming, she did not state her name or say the same of the office) “hi” Me: “hi, yes my primary care has referred me to your office and I’d like to make a new patient appointment” Her: (I hear her eyes roll through the phone as she made a huge huff) “yea we aren’t really accepting n... read more
