I can't comment on Joseph, as I never got the chance to speak with him. However, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. She kept interrupting me, claimed she understood what I was saying, but was consistently wrong. I was trying to schedule a paid consultation to ask legal questions before buying a house — with the clear intent to hire Joseph if things moved forward. He was very good walked us through everything and made that understood what we had to do. Answered all our questions. He was very personable and easy to talk to.
