I can't comment on Joseph, as I never got the chance to speak with him. However, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. She kept interrupting me, claimed she understood what I was saying, but was consistently wrong. I was trying to schedule a paid consultation to ask legal questions before buying a house — with the clear intent to hire Joseph if things moved forward.
