Dr. Testa was very personable and took the time to explain everything about my hernia, showing me example pics and telling me the process of fixing my hernia. He's very efficient.
My father was scheduled for surgery while in the ICU Dr Testa let him wait all day and then cancelled the surgery at 7pm with no explanation. The next day my father finally received his surgery for a bowel blockage while Dr Testa was late by several hours he never came to talk to my family about the procedure,, how it went, what the outcome was or what to expect for recovery. Lack of communication and lack of compassion. You shouldn’t be a doctor if this is how you behave, shame on you !!
