I should have paid attention to the Google reviews. Dealt with Brian the owner. We purchased a 65 ton trailer with a beam from him and ordered a deck insert. He said it would be here in March. He has gave multiple excuses and blames Fontaine on the delay. After being in contact with Fontaine I found out everything he said was a lie. Now he is dodging my calls & texts.
I called asking if they have any parts for Genie Manlifts. Some grumpy guy answered the phone, said no and then hung up on me. He didn't even know if they have any machines for sale at their facility and there are some right in their site.
Warning to Freight Brokers and Carriers! This company will not pay you for hauling their equipment! He Owes Money to several Brokers and Drivers!
Don’t come here.Shitty people, waiting for 4 hours. For a truck that was bought and never got the payment. I have a Trasport company. I don’t have to make sure your truck has been paid. Whoever bought it. That’s your job. Not only this guy are racist as well.
