No wonder they're all 5 star: anything else is deleted. I previously posted a review and it's not visible, so I'm now adding additional content to see if it will be reflected. I did not experience the same positive results as these other people posting 5 star reviews. I went into the office for my 1st visit and he seemed to pay attention, but in my follow-up visit, it was as if I was talking to him for the first time, he didn't even recall why I had been there previously.
