Absolutely the best. From 2009-2011 Dr. Levine preformed 4 surgeries on my cervical neck area. First was a laminectomy to release pressure on my spine. Next three repaired damage from many accidents, bone spurs and severe arthritics. Screws, titanium braces, cadaver bones and so on, we're used. His staff, P. A.
