I met with Dr Herrera regarding severe chronic pain in my shoulder. He was able to immediately identify the cause and prescribe noninvasive effective treatment. The previous doctor at a renown orthopedic hospital I had seen for this issue wanted to do a shoulder REPLACEMENT!

I waited for over 2 months for an appointment with the Dr for Numb feet, then was called 7 days before my Appointment saying that the Dr. would not be in that day and I needed to Reschedule, for an Appointment ANOTHER 2 1/2 months later, which I did. Then a Week before that Appointment I got ANOTHER call saying the Doctor WOULD BE ON VACATION at that time and I needed to Reschedule again and the next available Appointment was 4 MONTHS later. 8 months to see a Doctor due to their canceling.

Don't ever use this doctor. The admin staff is extremely difficult to deal with. They had me wait 2 weeks for insurance authorization that was never needed, and it took over a week of calls to come to that conclusion. After finally scheduling an appointment I was told it needed to be moved to an inconvenient location, because you can't get a procedure done at another other than where you initial check-up was, which didn't come to light until after nearly month after the check-up. Worst ever.
