Please, for the love of every patient, CLEAN YOUR OFFICE! Everything is loaded with dust or debris and stains - from the floors, carpet in corners, the counter tops (including next to reception area with stains) and computer equipment - so it makes you wonder what else isn't kept clean or sanitized? Nothing changed weeks later as the place was still dirty. It's not that difficult and should be mandatory. And, change your gloves after touching other dirty equipment. Personality was a 10 and makes you feel very comfortable - very laid back - and will tell you your options and let YOU decide what you want done. Which is why the rest of the experience left me disappointed - because the comfort factor is huge. My biggest concern was standard hygiene and sterilizing equipment. He did not change gloves after touching dirty keyboard, mouse and monitor, no covering on intra-oral wand camera, that goes in your mouth and then right back on the wall, or anything else for that matter. Doctor goes out of his way after surgery to make sure you're OK , very caring and attentive Won't go to anyone else anymore... also doesn't ask to be prepaid before sitting in the chair unlike some other screwy dentists! And gives out antibiotics if you need them instead of us acting like they're a controlled substance.
Dr Depaola made me feel comfortable which I welcomed. He was cool, down to earth, and friendly. The dr also told me to let him know if I ever needed a break throughout the visit. Dentists are one of my biggest fears so I’m extremely relieved to find a dentist I’m happy with.
Dr. Depaola is a dentist with whom you can discuss available procedures and agree upon an approach. He respects your wishes, listens and offers his recommendations as to what is the best course of action from a dental medicine perspective. Yes, his attire is casual and that makes you more comfortable as the patient. Plus, he has a great sense of humor and transforms the whole experience from one of apprehension to relaxation. This is the way dentistry should be!
Nothing professional about him! No mask, wears t shirts and holy jeans. I thought it was a joke.
Wouldn't go to anyone else....
Dr. Depaola removed 3 of my husband's fillings. Afterwards, my husband asked what was wrogn with the fillings that he had to replace them. He said nothing. i just thought you would want the white fillings instead of the metal ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? not only that, but he did such a bad job replacing one of the fillings that when we went to a new dentist, they had to do a root canal and cap. Please DO NOT go to this guy. He will do unnecessary work just to chanrge you and your insurance.

Dr. DePaola always informs his patients of all their treatment options prior to any procedure. I find it difficult to believe an adult makes an appointment, shows up for an appointment, but has NO CLUE as to why they are there. Suitable reasons to replace amalgam fillings:Old fillings failing due to recurrent decay, Aesthetics, or Holistic reasons. If any patient doesn't understand why they are at the dentist or what the dentist is doing, they should speak up. Ask questions! No Kidding!
