UPDATE 4-15-26: I am pleased to report that things seem to have improved greatly at Dr. DeVito’s practice. I think a lot of patients (like me) stopped coming after the terrible transition with Optum, because getting an appointment recently was super easy. Lots of choices. Also, the waiting room was almost empty for my appointment. Used to be packed. We are so luck to have Dr. Devito! He is the primary care doctor to my mother, father, husband and myself. He takes his time to listen, does not rush like other doctors, is caring and kind. I feel well taken care of with Dr. Devito and would refer anyone to his care.
Outstanding doctor. Gives you thoughtful answers to your concerns. Extremely knowledgeable. Cares about his patients. Couldn't ask for better.
UPDATE 5-21-25: I reached out to Optum back in March after seeing the note in response to my review. Guess what? NO RESPONSE! Clearly, nothing has changed. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This review is for the office, NOT the doctor. I’ve been seeing Dr. DeVito for many years. He is a terrific doctor— very knowledgeable, balanced in his approach, very courteous, and answers all questions without attempting to scurry out the door.
