I was referred to Dr. Kritzer for a surgical procedure. He explained my situation and the procedure was scheduled a couple of weeks later. His staff was very helpful with the insurance and employer paperwork. After the surgery, Dr. Kritzer scheduled several follow-up appointments until I felt better.

Dr.Kritzer was very kind and explained all my options regarding my back before we decided surgery was needed. He answered all my concerns . I followed all his instructions after surgery. So glad I listened to him because after 8 weeks I am pain free . My only regret about back surgery is I waited too long for it. I recommend Dr. Randy Kritzer highly.
