This is the second time I had to pickup some heavy duty plumbing parts for our 569 site campgrounds. They have always come through for us. From what I experienced and the other employees at the campgrounds these guys have been excellent. When other companies don't have it in stock they have either had it in stock or found a way to get to us. One time they drove from Lake Barrington to Ft.Atkinson to deliver us the part we needed. Triple A+ team. The parts they stock and sell aren't the Taiwan junk!
I only wish I lived closer to this company. John has to be one of the most knowledgeable people in the industry. I’m forever grateful to have his cell number and can text him with questions and hard to find parts. I’ve even sent people in Facebook groups their way and I get a message back from not only the person I sent, but also John thinking me for sending the connection. I will travel there from Ohio one day just to meet John. Outstanding guy!
