My mom was seen at the ER and Dr Allen was asked to view her scans and test while there. She had a blockage. We were told his office would be calling us to make an appointment. She needed surgery. I called the office to schedule the appointment and was told he was viewing the scans and they would call us back. We'll it's been 3 weeks and no call. I was in the ER this past week with severe kidney stone pain. The ER referred me to see, call and schedule an appointment ASAP with Dr Allen's office due to the size of the stone, 10mm stone. I went there in person to schedule and the receptionist said due to the urgency she would pass on the info to the team as URGENT and sent me home. This was at 9:15 am. Amazing bedside manner. Genuinely a great physician. Dr. Allen is very approachable, knowledgeable, and professional. I have had 2 surgeries with him for kidney stones and he took great care of me. I feel confident when seeing his office that he is there to help me find solutions, as well as make sure I’m comfortable in procedures. I have recommended his practice to multiple people. His staff has always been top-notch and so kind and caring. I’m truly thankful for everything they have done for me.
