I was in the ER this past week with severe kidney stone pain. The ER referred me to see, call and schedule an appointment ASAP with Dr Allen's office due to the size of the stone, 10mm stone. I went there in person to schedule and the receptionist said due to the urgency she would pass on the info to the team as URGENT and sent me home. This was at 9:15 am. Amazing bedside manner. Genuinely a great physician. Dr. Allen is very approachable, knowledgeable, and professional. I have had 2 surgeries with him for kidney stones and he took great care of me. I feel confident when seeing his office that he is there to help me find solutions, as well as make sure I’m comfortable in procedures. I have recommended his practice to multiple people. His staff has always been top-notch and so kind and caring. I’m truly thankful for everything they have done for me.
Dr. Allen is great. Super friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. I can’t say enough good things about him. I highly recommend you go to this location for any of your needs.
My wife was hospitalized for 3 days after she got out they recommended her to go to a urologist, i recommended her here as i have been coming here for a few years! Even after her explaining what she had gone through and what put her in the hospital they booked her appointment a month out Even though she has been dealing with severe pain and she told them this when trying to get an appointment!
