Tony in the body shop was extremely rude and not accommodating at all. Bought a new part from Joseph VW down the street and was told Tony was the best guy in town for the repair. When I reached out to the body shop, I was told to get lost and that it would be like bringing my own steak into a steakhouse. This guy needs to get his head out of his behind and speak to potential clients with more respect.
