This review does not reflect my feelings about Dr. Chung, but rather his staff. Dr. Chung is amazing and has great bedside manner. He truly makes his patients feel cared about and always had great advice to offer. His staff on the other hand, different story. With no exaggeration, every time I call to make an appt, get a referral (when I was on the HMO), or to follow up regarding a past appointment, they have always had a very poor attitude and did not treat me well. I have been seeing Dr Chung for years now and couldn’t be happier! He always listens to what you have to say and takes it into consideration, which is something that a lot of doctors don’t do. Staff there is also very friendly and the office is always clean!
Dr. Chung is AMAZING! He takes EXCELLENT care of me!
