The owner Joseph lied to my 80 year old father...nice guy. He did a terrible job paving the driveway and admitted that the job sucked. Then he promised to fix it, never showed up over and over, which then turned into ghosting. He gives Delco businesses a bad name. Do not trust him. Scumbag!!
