Poor communication throughout the entire process. Was supposed to take 24-48 hours to diagnose my car- ended up taking 5 days. I was not given a loner car. No one ever called me to tell me updates on my car or when it would be ready. I called everyday to check on the status of my vehicle, no one seemed to know anything and I would get transferred 4x until the last person ultimately said the notes for my car had not been updated so they did not know when it would be ready or what was going on with it. Waited 3 1/2 hours for an oil change, not blaming service department because they were slammed! Huge line of cars waiting when I got there at 7:30. As a business they should not advertises no wait oil changes and then not allow appointments. People don’t want to wait that long for an oil change. Also disappointed that windshield wiper fluid wasn't added to my car, I thought that was part of the service. I know not a huge deal but if they forgot that, what else did they forget?
