Was very surprised the amount of time I was at the dealership for an oil change. I had an appointment, but was still there well over an hour
Angela the service advisor is very rude. When I told her I had a warranty for lifetime power train she wanted me to do all the leg work to figure out the company and contact them. Is t that her job? Needless to say she was very slow with communication. I picked my truck up and took it somewhere else.
My only complaint is they did not top pff my windshield washer fluid or get me ready for the rainy season so ill be driving across Cincinnati to go get that since they didn’t think it was important or they were mad at me and just rushed my oil change either way my oil change was not fully completed for whatever reason
