Worst. Doc. Ever. Dismissed my concerns without any examination. Ended up having surgery 6 months later.
Dr Chan is the best! He takes great care of my mom and makes things easy and smooth. Bianca at the urgent aid reception went above and beyond to ensure we were checked in for the lab. Then, Matthew took us at the lab even though we weren’t checked in and it was time for him to go home. He also drew my mom’s blood seamlessly in 30 seconds. I really appreciate the advocate team- this is totally 100% better care than where my mom came from.! Thank you all for CARING
Professional knowledge and patient
Very difficult to get hold of him. Never answered my messages despite calling the service several times and shows no empathy. Will just go over with my home medications and vital signs. Always in a hurry like 15-20 mins & done seeing me. I would not recommend him & not worth for my insurance to pay him & has very hard of hearing so people passing thru outside could hear our communications, I wonder why can't he buy his hearing aids!
