I think Dr. Casaly is great! He and his staff are very caring and helpful!
I would neve recommend this doctor for treatment of migraines. He just checks the box to continue writing prescriptions and his staff is very cold and uncaring. I went to this doctor for over 2 years and did not get any results for my migraines. His staff lied about checking on treatments with my insurance and when I confronted them they turned the tables on me. Dr. Casaly stood by his staff without validating my concerns. Only doctor I know that asks for payment prior to visiting with doctor.
you guys are crazy, dr. casaly is very caring and has been the only Md to help me with my headaches to date. and trust me, i have seen millions. the office staff is great. dr. casaly is great and has been patient with me because nothing has worked for my migraines. he has worked very hard to find a regimen to finally control my severe headaches. if you can find someone better. let me know. you must not like him because you want narcotics. i am glad he wont let me get hooked on drugs again like so many have in the past. i thi... read more
I will never go back to this "doctor". He was not interested with my concerns and he was very cold and short with me. I went to this doctor for several years and I wish I would have called the state board of medicine on him after my last experience with this clinic. Dr. Casaly is only interested in making money and raised his voice to me when I didnt agree with adding a new expensive medication to my already long list of prescriptions. Office staff takes vitals and reviews history and checks you in.. in my opinion not very professional. Office staff rude and unwilling to help. Dr. very dry and it seemed to me I was more of an experiment with medicine than an actual patient with feelings. Would not recommend.
