We received wonderful service from this team! They were quick, efficient, and so thorough. They showed us the amount of dust and dirt they cleaned out, and it made us want to do this every year! They also provided great suggestions for us to follow to reduce the dust that accumulates in our ventilation system. The team was very kind to us and very respectful of our home. We recommend everyone have R&J Duct Cleaning clean out their ducts and vents.
I am so thankful I called R&J Duct Cleaning. We moved into a condo 6 months ago and I couldn't understand why my dryer all of a sudden here at the condo was taking 2-3 hours to dry one single load of Laundry. I called Joe and they came out within the same week. I can now throw a full load of laundry into the dryer and it's fully dry within 50 minutes! Smaller loads are dry in 30 minutes! R&J Duct Cleaning removed my old torn and tattered ducts and installed new ductwork in the crawlspace of my home. They were very responsive at every stage of the process, from providing an estimate to completion of the job. The team was great and finished ahead of schedule! They were very knowledgeable answering all questions I had related to the job.I would use them in the future, refer and recommend them!
What an awesome experience! After trying to clean the vent myself I quickly realized this was a job for the pros. A quick search turned up the dryer guys...best decision I've made. They contacted us promptly and had great communication before arriving. When he came, he went straight to work unclogging the vent, hooking the dryer back up and cleaning up after he was done.
