Dr. Kappil has been my eye doctor for several years and I feel very well taken care of. He is professional, listens to and adresses your concerns, is easy to talk to. He treated a retina tear and very recently performed cataract surgery on both eyes. All of those went well as planned, he explained what would happen during the surgery. The follow up visits were useful. His staff is very friendly. Overall I feel I am in good hands with Dr. Kappil. My only concern is sometimes the long wait at appointments.
Very professional staff and well organized process. Appointments and day of surgery went smoothly. Everyone that had a hand in my procedure introduced themselves, explained their role and made me feel very comfortable. Overall it was much better than I expected. Will be having my other eye cataract surgery in February of 2025
Dr. Kappil is an outstanding Ophthalmologist. It isn’t just his truly impressive expertise and professionalism, but his personal commitment to excellence and patient care as well. I have had two surgeries performed by Dr. Kappil and couldn’t be happier.
Im not sure where all these bad reviews are coming from , I never had to wait more than 15 minutes . The staff has always be kind and friendly, the doctor is very nice and explains the issues at hand so that I can understand. to date Dr Kappil has done two retina tear. Repairs and two cataract surgeries. The last one being 1/26/23 and I have to say it was the best experience possible.
