Dr Kappil performed cataract surgery on my husband and we are super pleased with results. Dr Kappil was very personable and thorough with explaining options and recommended treatment. His staff were equally friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend him and his office.
Dr. Kappil has been my eye doctor for several years and I feel very well taken care of. He is professional, listens to and adresses your concerns, is easy to talk to. He treated a retina tear and very recently performed cataract surgery on both eyes. All of those went well as planned, he explained what would happen during the surgery. The follow up visits were useful. His staff is very friendly. Overall I feel I am in good hands with Dr. Kappil. My only concern is sometimes the long wait at appointments.
Very professional staff and well organized process. Appointments and day of surgery went smoothly. Everyone that had a hand in my procedure introduced themselves, explained their role and made me feel very comfortable. Overall it was much better than I expected. Will be having my other eye cataract surgery in February of 2025
