Not impressed with the professionalism of the guy that came to my house to give an estimate. 1. He didn't introduce himself when he showed up at my door. 2. He didn't smile once 3. I sensed that he really didn't care that I was a potential customer willing to give the company my business. 4. Was rude when asked questions or asked for suggestions.
