Dont go here. I had a prescription and glasses made at $400 plus and they didnt work. I went back for another exam and attempted to get glasses but that changed dur to the guy doing the glasses changing everything. My visio. Is not that bad but for whatever reason they cant help me with glasses that work. They wanted me to pay another $1,000 for new glasses and after the previous $400 debacle I am getting a second opinion elsewhere. Then the nut would not give me my glass prescription. Run away go some where else.
Dr. Harrell was very helpful and easy to see in an emergency. He was kind and caring; he listened to my eye problem and seemed genuinely concerned. I had to return the next day for a followup, and he took the time to make sure everything was going okay. I have been a client of Premier Eye for many years, and this was my first visit with Dr. Harrell. I am very glad that he was able to help me during my eye crisis. I highly recommend him to anyone.
The new offices are much more spacious and the staff is very friendly. I am very pleased with them and will continue to let them take care of my eyes!!
Dr Harrell was great. I had a 3:30 pm appointment but wasn't called into an exam room until 4:20 pm and that was after I went to the front desk and asked if they forgot me. Lynnette was really nice when she performed tests on my eyes. Then I waited until 5:15 pm on Dr. Harrell to examine my eyes. The entire office was closed and locked, and all staff gone, except for one person, when I left the exam room. Even the lights were off. That was terribly disappointing.
