The doctor’s visit and bedside manner was fantastic and I would rate it five stars. However, after getting test results that I needed to discuss, I have called twice to ask for him or a member of the clinical team to call me back. The lady on phone assured I would get a call today and nothing.
Dr. Bouganim is wonderful. He is very patient and kind. He is very knowledgeable and always answers all of my questions.
