I am a American Veteran who was originally diagnosed with Periphreal Neuropathy by Dr. Bajorek who sent me to the VA Hospital. As a result I am fighting a claim for Va compensation for chemical poisoning. I got hurt, lost my business, my house and almost my life and now am crippled and I only ask Dr. Bajorek for a letter to send to the Va judge on my behalf concerning the fact that the chemicals I used in the service in fact may have caused my Periphreal neuropathy.
