The staff are incredible front desk , intake, and doctor are friendly. Also very respectful of health preferences and identities. Paperwork is repetitive same as the electronic you have to do
I felt very comfortable. Dr. Bacchi listened to my concerns and was very calm. The facility was also beautiful and welcoming. Were was also little to no wait.
