Just called to cancel an appointment, today is Thursday and my pre op appointment is Monday, after talking ti girl that cancels appt she said you have to talk to the doctors nurse I was voice mail tried to call back she kept hanging up, wow customer service is bad, I’m just trying to make sure it gets canceled and not get charged. It’s a shame.
