Cannot get thru to make or cancel an appointment. A recording says call back during office hours, when I call during office hours. Then says you can send a text message to a number, but the pronunciation is garbled so one can't make out the number. He may be a great oral surgeon, but his office staff are apparently not helpful.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this oral surgeon Dr. Arcuri and the exceptional care I received. From the moment I walked into the office, I was met with professionalism, kindness, and a level of attention that immediately put me at ease. One of the worst offices I have ever been to. The front end staff is nothing but disgusting and completely disrespectful. I have seen patients screamed at, hung up on and blocked because of inadequate training and general understanding of what professional behavior looks like. The office is not kept clean and either are the nurses uniforms. Uniforms are left covered in food residue and used makeup for weeks. Avoid this office at all costs. Melissa the front end staff is nothing but rude and disrespectful, its no wondering why she brags about being arrested for domestic battery twice. Im shocked that she has not been into a fist fight with any of the patients by the way she speaks to them. I don't understand how she has a job, all she dose at work is stalk her boyfriend on social media, so if you are wondering why you had an issue with either your appointment or your insurance that's why!! The process of getting my wisdom teeth out was incredibly frustrating. The doctor was not supportive of my pain concerns and the front desk repeatedly tried to make me pay, despite having two insurances. About a month and a half after the procedure, after making one text to me about medical insurance (which I didn't recieve), they informed me that I owed $900 THAT DAY or they were sending me to collections. I wouldn't recommended getting your wisdom teeth taken out here, based on their billing practices alone.
