The doctor's bedside manner was poor. Surgery was rough and painful despite anesthesia, and there were no warnings. When he finished, the doctor left the room without saying a word. My husband had an appointment for a consultation. The wait was long so he asked to be put on a waiting list as he is suffering from an infection. Got a call to move the appointment up but it got canceled due to bad weather. Original appointment was also canceled (without notification) and was told he had to wait another month. Dr. Arcuri has treated myself and both of my daughters. He is excellent at what he does. He and his staff went out of their way on a holiday weekend to help me. Melissa and the rest of team are extremely knowledgeable and experienced. They take their time with you. Dr. Arcuri walks you through everything patiently and answers any questions you might have.

Treatment was great. But now almost a year later I get a call from a debt collector for $31 unpaid balance. Guess what? I never received a bill from them in the first place. Then you mean to tell me we are hiring a debt collector over $31? Without even calling me? Ridiculous.
