The process of getting my wisdom teeth out was incredibly frustrating. The doctor was not supportive of my pain concerns and the front desk repeatedly tried to make me pay, despite having two insurances. About a month and a half after the procedure, after making one text to me about medical insurance (which I didn't recieve), they informed me that I owed $900 THAT DAY or they were sending me to collections. I wouldn't recommended getting your wisdom teeth taken out here, based on their billing practices alone.
The doctor's bedside manner was poor. Surgery was rough and painful despite anesthesia, and there were no warnings. When he finished, the doctor left the room without saying a word. As I sat there bleeding and disoriented, the assistant asked for my medical insurance card (I had been in the waiting room for 20 minutes prior, and no one had asked for this) and sent me on my way before I was ready. My husband had an appointment for a consultation. The wait was long so he asked to be put on a waiting list as he is suffering from an infection. Got a call to move the appointment up but it got canceled due to bad weather. Original appointment was also canceled (without notification) and was told he had to wait another month. I have had several procedures here with no issues at all. My primary dentist recommends Dr Acuri often.
Dr. Arcuri has treated myself and both of my daughters. He is excellent at what he does. He and his staff went out of their way on a holiday weekend to help me. Melissa and the rest of team are extremely knowledgeable and experienced. They take their time with you. Dr. Arcuri walks you through everything patiently and answers any questions you might have.
