My recent MRI of both knees showed tears in 3 of my 4 menisci and moderate ACL damage to one knee. There was also moderate chondral fissuring and osteoarthritis as well. FANTASTIC!! I have osteoarthritis, Chondromalacia patella, bakers cyst, and a torn meniscus in my right knee. I was living off of ibuprofen and plenty of tears. Orthopedic offered little help, suggested cortisone shots (terrible side effects) and eventually a knee replacement. I came across Dr. Terranova and his ACT treatment and decided to give it a try.
